DISHERY

Your personal recipe book

A photo becomes a recipe

Take a photo of a notebook page, paste text or a link — Dishery picks out the title, ingredients and steps and puts the recipe on your shelf.

The iPhone and Android apps are in testing

How it works

  1. Snap, paste or share

A photo of a page, a PDF, text or a link. On your phone — straight from the Share sheet.

  2. Dishery reads the ingredients and steps

The title, ingredients and steps are picked out for you; amounts stay exactly as the author wrote them.

  3. The recipe goes on the shelf

Into “All recipes” and your books: breakfasts, guests, kids. A recipe sent via Share goes first, marked NEW.

Why it’s handy

  • Any source

A photo of a page, a screenshot, a PDF, text or a link to a website.

  • Share it and you’re done

From the Share sheet of any app. The app doesn’t even open — the recipe files itself.

  • Or type it in

No photo? Enter the recipe yourself: title, ingredients, steps.

  • Share as a file

A recipe or a whole collection — as one PDF. Anyone can read and print it, and Dishery opens it already sorted out.

Original photos don’t go into the file — the recipient gets the recipes without them.

  • The original stays with it

The photo a recipe was read from in the add sheet opens from its card and is kept only on your device.

  • On all your devices

One account — one shelf on your phone and in the browser.

Recipes are read by an AI model. It can make mistakes, miss an ingredient or misread an amount — check the result before you cook.
