What this service is

RecipePlan is a personal recipe book with recognition, nutrition calculation, meal planning and a shopping list. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Nutrition figures are an estimate, not a fact

Calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates are calculated automatically from reference data and an AI estimate. These are approximate values that depend on the specific products, cooking method and the accuracy of the weights you entered, and may differ considerably from reality.

Percentages of “daily value” refer to a nominal adult on a 2000 kcal diet. Your own requirement may differ several-fold depending on age, sex, health and activity.

The app is not a medical device, does not diagnose and gives no medical, dietary or therapeutic advice. Do not use it to calculate therapeutic diets, dosages or nutrition during illness. Consult a doctor for anything health-related.

Allergens and the ingredients

The app does NOT determine whether a dish is free of gluten or any other allergen, and sets no such label. It only shows what it found in the ingredient list using its own dictionary: it can say “wheat is present here”, it cannot say “wheat is absent”.

The dictionary is incomplete and does not know every product or every language. THE ABSENCE OF A WARNING DOES NOT MEAN THE ALLERGEN IS ABSENT — it only means the app did not find it.

The automation can err both ways: miss an allergen, or mark a dish safe when it is not. Hidden sources — production traces, additives, sauces, seasonings — cannot be detected this way at all.

If you or the people you cook for have an allergy, coeliac disease or an intolerance, check the label of every product and confirm with the manufacturer where needed. Responsibility for what you eat remains yours.

Your recipes and third-party material

Everything you add stays yours. We do not publish your recipes and do not share them with other users — the app is personal.

Import by link and photo recognition are meant for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for having the right to the material you upload and the pages you import.

If you are a rights holder and believe your work is stored in the service, write to [контактный e-mail] and we will review the request and remove the material.

What is not allowed

Circumventing limits, creating accounts automatically, loading the service beyond ordinary use, bulk extraction of data, embedding the service into other products without permission.

We may restrict or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Liability

The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or preservation of data. Keep your own copies of what matters — the app can export your recipe book to PDF.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or harm to health or property arising from use of the service, including consequences of inaccurate nutrition figures, mistaken allergen warnings and recognition errors.

The operator’s aggregate liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, and to zero for free use.

Artificial intelligence

Recognition, translation and assistant answers are produced by an AI model. It can make mistakes, miss ingredients, misread quantities and state inaccurate facts. Check the result before cooking from it.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms and the set of features. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account with all data in profile settings.

Governing law

The law of the operator’s country of registration applies, unless mandatory rules of your place of residence provide otherwise.
